Students in this specialisation take an in-depth look at social psychology and application-oriented research in occupational and organisational psychology. In addition, general psychology and health psychology are represented in this specialisation. Students learn how people in organisations use information and make decisions, how they interact in dyads, groups and organisations, influence or are influenced by each other and solve problems. Topics include work motivation, personality and performance in academic and professional settings, applied diagnostics in work settings, and leadership and health management.
