Students in this specialisation study developmental psychology and clinical psychology in depth. In addition, differential psychology and educational psychology are represented in the specialisation. Students gain a sound knowledge of development, individual differences and maldevelopment of emotion and cognition. The interaction and self-regulation of emotion and cognition, personality development, basics of psychological disorders at different ages as well as psychological intervention methods are addressed.
