Certificates of achievement for students from other faculties taking part in psychology courses
Your subject records its credits in the LSF
If you have registered in the LSF via the voucher form or the online seminar registration, the test performances are usually forwarded to your Heidelberg examination office when the grade lists are entered. The booking in the LSF takes place there.
If you were later registered directly by the lecturer (i. e. not via the LSF or the online seminar registration), you must inform the lecturer in any case that you are not a psychology major. The lecturer must note this in the list of grades. Otherwise your test performances will not be forwarded to your examination office.
Your subject does NOT record its achievements in the LSF
You must have your performance confirmed by the lecturer in paper form. The corresponding forms are available in front of the Institute Library on the right-hand side.
Enter your data, name, matriculation number, course title, etc. and present it to the lecturer or tutor. You can pick up the signed and sealed certificate in the Institue Library at the end of the course.
ERASMUS students
You must have your performance confirmed by the lecturer in paper form. The corresponding forms are available in front of the Institute Library on the right-hand side.
Enter your data, name, matriculation number, course title, etc. and present it to the lecturer or tutor. You can pick up the signed and sealed certificate in the Institute Library at the end of the course.
Alternative credit transfer
If you wish to have alternative crediting of academic achievements (deviating from module assignment according to the course catalogue), you need the approval of the respective module supervisor and the chairperson of the examination board. The approval can be forwarded to the examination office by e-mail.
Achievements outside the Institute of Psychology
For students who are already enrolled here at the institute
For recognition of individual academic achievements that you have completed outside the Institute of Psychology (e. g. at another university or in another degree programme at Heidelberg University), please contact the chairperson of the examination board. Please present the required certificates of achievement in the office hours.
You do not have to have additional achievements and interdisciplinary studies recognised by the examination board chairperson. Please hand in the corresponding certificates of achievement at the examination office.
