Our mind-wandering conference will offer different occasions to help you get to know the city of Heidelberg as well as your fellow meeting attendees.
Welcome Reception on Thursday
The Welcome Reception will take place on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at the conference venue. If the weather cooperates, we will meet in the venue’s garden from 6:30pm. If it rains, the Welcome Reception will be held indoors.
Boat Trip on Friday
On Friday, July 7, 2023 at 4:30pm we will take a boat trip of about one hour on the solar boat “Neckarsonne”, during which you will have great views of the old town of Heidelberg.
Conference Dinner on Friday
Hungry from our boat trip, we will enjoy a three-course meal as well as a local-beer tasting at the restaurant “Hans Hirsch's Kurpfalzbräu” on Friday, July 7, 2023 at 6:30pm.

Heidelberg Castle Illumination on July 8
There will be a “glowing castle” and fireworks at the legendary Castle Illumination. Find more information here.
