Registration Fees
On-site participation in Heidelberg
The registration fee for on-site participation in Heidelberg is 100€. This fee must be paid after registration by bank transfer. If you are experiencing trouble with international bank transfer, please do not hesitate to contact us via email.
The registration fee includes
- Admission to all talk and poster sessions
- Admission to the welcome reception on Thursday, July 6, 2023
- Coffee and cookies on all three conference days
- Lunch on all three conference days
- Boat trip and conference dinner on Friday, July 7
After the conference, we will send you a registration fee payment receipt as well as an official attendance certificate.
Remote participation
Remote participation is free of charge. Remote attendees will still have to register in order to receive a link to the live video stream.
