Here you can find the timeline for the ICPM 2026 in Heidelberg.
Abstract Submission
November 1 – December 31, 2025
You will be able to submit abstracts for a talk or a poster. However, you can also participate in the ICPM without a contribution.
All applications will be reviewed by February 15, 2026 and you will receive feedback on your acceptance.
Registration
Early bird
November 1, 2025 – March 14, 2026
You can register at a reduced price of 500 €.
Regular fee
March 15 – April 15, 2026
Registration at the full price of 580 €.
On-site registration
July 12, 2026
Only possible if there are still places available. Please contact us in advance by mail for availability.
Withdraw participation
Please note that we can only offer a full refund of the participation fee if you withdraw your application by March 14, 2026.
Conference
July 12-16, 2026
