Registration begins on November 1, 2025. Please read the information on this website carefully before registering. You will find the link to register at the bottom of this page.
Registration fees
Participation is only possible on site in Heidelberg. The registration fee for participation is 500 € (early bird, November 1, 2025 - March 14, 2026). After this date, registration is possible at the regular price of 580 € (regular fee, March 15, 2026 - April 15, 2026). The participation fee must be paid by credit card or via bank transfer after registration. If you have any problems with international transfers, please contact us by email. The registration fee includes:
- Participation in all talks and poster sessions
- Access to all keynote speeches
- Participation in the welcome reception on Sunday, July 12, 2026
- Coffee, snacks and water on all conference days
- Lunch on three conference days
- Panel Discussion and Networking Events (i.e., the program on Thursday, more information is available here)
You will receive a receipt for payment of the registration fee and an official certificate of attendance.
Additional information
When registering, please indicate in the appropriate fields whether you have any dietary restrictions, allergies, or accessibility needs.
If you are coming to Heidelberg with a partner or other companion, you have the option of registering additional people for the events on Thursday via booking the Thursday Day Ticket. Please note that these events are already included in the regular registration fee for conference participants. The additional ticket is only required if you wish to bring another person with you or to attend the Thursday Events only. Should you wish to bring children up to and including the age of 6 to the events on Thursday, please indicate this on the registration form. Children up to this age are free of charge; older children also require a Thursday ticket to be booked. You can find the conference schedule in the Program tab of this website.
