Changes in the work environment are becoming constant. Companies will be even more dependend on employees and executives that can cope with uncertain situations and rapidly changing work forms or work tasks and that can initiate innovation. Achiving this requires enabling and motivating employees to self-dependently deal with changes, take responsibilit, and show own initiative.
Employees should define self-governed processes, what resources they will need for current and future requirements, and how they can best use resources. The most important goal in this self-government is the development of technical and multidisciplinary competences that help sustaining the own health, the motivation, as well as ensuring work security and therefor strenghthen the innovational power of the company
