Participant email addresses are only used to contact participants for our study. They will in no event be passed on to third parties.

We take the protection of personal data seriously. All data is saved anonymously and only used in summarized form for scientific purposes by members of the I/O psychology department of the university.

According to §§ 21, 22 of the Data Protection Act of the State of Baden-Württemberg (LDSG), you are entitled to request information on any personal data the University of Heidelberg may have saved of you and request that incorrectly saved data be corrected free of charge. Please address any request for information or correction in writing to the University of Heidelberg.
