Work analysis allow us to define requirements or competence profiles for an optimal match assignment of people to a matching position.
The tasks and requirements of different jobs were defined for the Swiss Mail, department mail rooms and sales (PV). Also the LPI (Guide to qualitative human resource planning for innovations) was adapted to these task areas under consideration of completed and upcoming changes for the Swiss Mail (LPI-PV).
